The Alluvion is a small venue doing big things. A one of a kind space focused on music, art, and community located on the second floor of the Commongrounds Cooperative building at the edge of The Boardman-Ottaway River near downtown Traverse City. This intimate, creative space is designed with optimal acoustics and world-class equipment. It is dedicated to producing high-quality, highly-accessible concerts, performances, community events, visual arts, and more. Voted Traverse City's best music venue in 2025. Some shows are seated, others are for dancing or standing, and some are club style hybrid room setups. They offer a wide variety of genres and styles in their intentionally curated lineups. Funky Fun Mondays every week along with an array of unique programs and series including the iconic Alluvion Jazz Series.
